Mod de administrare:
In raceala: se fac frectionari pe toata suprafata corpului, de preferat urmate de repaos la pat (seara);
In reumatism: se aplica pe zonele dureroase prin frectionare, zona este apoi acoperita cu un vesmant – fasa care sa asigure caldura.

Dosage:
- For colds: rub all over the body, preferably followed by bed rest (in the evening);
