Returns and refunds

Changing your mind — 14 days, no reason needed

You can cancel an order, or part of it, up to 14 days after the day you receive it. This also applies to sale items.

  • How to cancel: tell us in any clear way — email emacro95@gmail.com or WhatsApp, with your name and order number. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
  • Sending it back: send the products to the address below within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of posting them back.
  • Your refund: we refund the price of the products you return. If you cancel the whole order we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We pay within 14 days of getting the products back, or of you sending us proof that you posted them, to the payment method you used.
  • What cannot be returned for a change of mind: products that were sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery. Unopened, sealed products can be returned.

Our 28-day guarantee

On top of your legal rights, if you are unhappy with an unopened item in its original condition you may return it within 28 days of receiving it for a refund of its price or an exchange.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered

Tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible. You are entitled to a full refund if you reject the product within 30 days of receiving it; after that, to a replacement, or to a refund if a replacement is not possible. We pay the return postage for faulty or wrongly sent products. These are your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing on this page reduces them.

Standard Delivery
• Please consider Royal Mail Strikes and be aware delivery times are not guaranteed!

• Orders placed by 14:00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same day; we sometimes dispatch earlier, and a late order goes the next working day.

The rest of them are shipped the next working day!

Even if we sometimes send shipments on Saturday, it’s not guaranteed.

• £4.39 RM 24 Tracked – 1-2 working days delivery with tracking – aimed delivery time, no contractual obligation

• £3.49 RM 48 Tracked – 2-4 working days delivery with tracking – aimed delivery time, no contractual obligation

• Free postage is applicable only to single standard UK orders with a goods value of £30 or more (including VAT) and weighing no more than 25kg.
• We endeavour to dispatch standard in-stock orders as quickly as possible and guarantee they will be dispatched within 1 working day.

International Delivery

• £35 Flat for USA and Israel, up to 2 – 6 weeks transit time – Please contact us for tailored shipping services and delivery countries.

*In the rare cases where your order does not show as dispatched in 24 hours, please contact us through Whatsapp or email, but please allow us 4-6 hours to answer your query.

NatuRemedies distributes products manufactured by approved U.K. companies, mostly from Eastern Europe. The health systems of the Balkan countries are not as performing as NHS, so people there had to stay in contact with nature and to use what it has to treat common health problems. This way, traditional remedies remained important there. It is time for the English people to discover a part of this traditional medicine treasury in the UK, as an alternative or aid to modern chemical medicine.

Naturemedies is a web portal for natural remedies and food supplements, with two principal directions: to promote less known but fully approved UK supplements imported from the EU through its own shop and to offer a comparison feature for local UK products.

Our Refund Policy: If you decide not to accept your parcel because of these charges, tell us and we will treat it as a cancellation of your order: once the parcel is back with us we refund the price of the products and the standard delivery charge you paid. Charges made by customs are not ours and we cannot refund them.

If your parcel has not arrived

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If the tracking shows no delivery, or shows a delivery you did not receive:

  1. Please check with neighbours, any safe place you named, and your local delivery office.
  2. Tell us by email or WhatsApp. We open the enquiry with Royal Mail ourselves; you do not need to.
  3. If the parcel has not been found, we send the order again or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

OTC Products Delivery Conditions

Naturemedies brings and distributes OTC (Over-the-counter) products from Romania and other EU countries to distribute them online in the UK. All products distributed by us contain only substances approved by the MHRA (Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) in the UK. But according to the diet of these products, they should be taken only with the recommendation of your doctor or pharmacist. By purchasing these products from us on the site, Naturemedies and the Buyer see the commit as:
