Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use naturemedies.co.uk and when you buy from us. Please read them before you order. They are written in plain English; if anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. Who we are

2. Information on this site is not medical advice

We sell food supplements, herbal products, cosmetics and similar goods. The information on this site is general information about those products. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

  • Always read the label and any leaflet before using a product, and follow the directions on it.
  • Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using a product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medicines, or have a medical condition.
  • Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep all products out of the reach of children.

We work to keep product information accurate. If you find a mistake, please tell us and we will correct it.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 or over to order from us. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and to the other countries shown at checkout.

4. Products and prices

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
  • Pictures are for illustration. Packaging may change when a manufacturer updates it; the product you receive is the one described on its page.
  • If a product has been priced or described wrongly by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Your order and our contract with you

When you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. The contract between us is made when we dispatch your order. If we cannot supply a product, for example because it is out of stock, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

6. Payment

You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (processed by Revolut) or by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Some products cannot be paid for with every payment method; where that is the case, the methods available are shown at checkout.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, prices and estimated times are on our Returns and Delivery page and at checkout. Estimated times are estimates. If no time was agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you, or to a person or place you chose. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we will put it right.

For orders sent outside the United Kingdom, the customs authority of the destination country may charge import duty or tax. Those charges are set by that authority and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

8. Changing your mind

If you are a consumer, you can cancel an order, without giving a reason, up to 14 days after the day you receive it. How to cancel, how to send products back and how refunds are paid is explained on our Returns and Delivery page.

9. If something is wrong with a product

The law requires that the products we sell are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Free advice about them is available from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).

10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may close an account that is used to break these terms.

11. Using this site

You may use this site to browse and to shop for yourself. You must not misuse it: do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce viruses or other harmful material, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. Reviews and messages you send us must be your own honest opinion and must not be offensive or unlawful; we may remove any that are.

12. Copyright and trade marks

The texts, translations, photographs and design of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may print or save pages for your own personal use. Any other use needs our written permission. The names and logos of manufacturers belong to their owners.

13. Links to other sites

Links to other websites are given for your information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain.

14. Our responsibility to you

  • We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your legal rights in relation to the products.
  • We sell products for private, domestic use. We are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit.
  • We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our control, such as postal strikes or severe weather. If there is a long delay you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not delivered.

How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

16. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, please email emacro95@gmail.com with your order number. We aim to reply within two working days and to settle the matter with you directly.

17. Law and courts

These terms are governed by English law. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in the courts there.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown here on the day you place it.
