Proprietăți:
Soluție salină hipertonică 3%
Fără conservanți
Indicații:
– Crește mobilizarea secrețiilor în tractul respirator inferior prin efect osmotic, de exemplu în bronșiolită, fibroză chistică, bronșiectazie etc.
– Previne uscarea mucoasei bronșice;
– RespiSun, soluție salină hipertonică 3% pentru inhalare, poate fi utilizată folosind nebulizatoare cu compresor sau cu ultrasunete.
Ingrediente:
clorură de sodiu – 3 g, apă purificată qs ad 100 ml.
Mod de administrare:
Doza recomandată de RespiSun este de 1 fiolă de 2 până la 4 ori pe zi.
– Se detașează unidoza și se deschide prin învârtirea părții superioare.
– Turnați soluția de inhalat în nebulizator.
– Utilizați nebulizatorul conform instrucțiunilor furnizate de producătorul acestuia.
Reacții adverse:
În cazuri rare, pot apărea iritații temporare (de exemplu tuse) sau constricții reversibile ale bronhiilor. Este recomandat adminstrarea în prealabil a medicației bronhodilatatoare. Dacă apar efecte adverse, întrerupeți tratamentul și cereți sfatul medicului sau farmacistului.
Precauții:
– De unică utilizare
– Destinat strict pentru inhalare
– A nu se utiliza injectabil
– Verificați integritatea fiolelor unidoză înainte de utilizare. Nu utilizați fiolele dacă sunt deteriorate
– Urmați instrucțiunile de utilizare ale nebulizatorului
– Dacă există tendința de a dezvolta dispnee sau hipersensibilitate, inhalarea soluției nu se va realiza fără supraveghere medicală
– Nu se va amesteca cu medicamente
– A nu se lăsa la îndemâna copiilor
– A nu se utiliza după data de expirare
– După deschidere fiolele unidoză se vor utiliza imediat și dacă rămâne soluție se va arunca; deoarece produsul nu conține conservanți există riscul de adminstrare a unei soluții contaminate dacă aceasta este reutilizată după deschidere

Tips:
– Increases the mobilization of secretions in the lower respiratory tract by osmotic effect, for example in bronchiolitis, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, etc.
– Prevents the drying of the bronchial mucosa;
– RespiSun, a 3% hypertonic saline solution for inhalation, can be used using compressor or ultrasonic nebulizers.
Ingredient:
sodium chloride – 3 g, purified water qs ad 100 ml.
How to administer:
The recommended dose of RespiSun is 1 ampoule 2 to 4 times a day.
– The single dose is detached and opened by rotating the upper part.
– Pour the inhalation solution into the nebulizer.
– Use the nebulizer according to the instructions provided by its manufacturer.
Side effects:
In rare cases, temporary irritation (eg coughing) or reversible bronchial constriction may occur. Prior administration of bronchodilator medication is recommended. If side effects occur, discontinue treatment and seek medical advice.
Precautions:
– Disposable
– Intended strictly for inhalation
– Do not use for injection
– Check the integrity of single-dose ampoules before use. Do not use ampoules if they are damaged
– Follow the instructions for use of the nebulizer
– If there is a tendency to develop dyspnea or hypersensitivity, inhalation of the solution should not be performed without medical supervision.
– Do not mix with medicines
– Keep out of reach of children
– Do not use after the expiry date
– After opening the single dose vials will be used immediately and if there is a solution it will be discarded; because the product does not contain preservatives there is a risk of administration of a contaminated solution if it is reused after opening
