Ingredients per tablet:
Calcium lactate pentahydrate 500 mg (providing 65 mg elemental calcium), corn starch, magnesium stearate, talc.

Benefits:
Provides calcium essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth. Supports muscle function, nerve transmission, and normal blood clotting. Contributes to energy metabolism and is important during growth, pregnancy, lactation, and aging.

Suggested Use:
Children 4–8 years: 1 to 3 tablets, 1–3 times daily after meals.
Adults and children over 9 years: 1 to 4 tablets, 1–3 times daily after meals.
