Ingrediente:
Radacinile plantei Arctium lappa L., fam. Asteraceae care contin polizaharide (inulina), poliine, lactone sesquiterpenice, triterpene, derivati de acid cafeic, tanini, mucilagii, fitosteroli.

Intrebuintari principale: detoxifiere.
Alte intrebuintari: reumatism, guta, colecistita, infectii urinare, stomatita, afte, dermatite, acnee, seboree, furunculoza.
Contraindicatii: la dozele recomandate nu se cunosc.

Preparare:
Uz intern: decoct din 1 lingurita radacina maruntita la o cana cu apa.
Uz extern: decoct concentrat din 1 lingura radacina maruntita la 250 ml apa.

Mod de administrare:
Uz intern: se beau 3-4 cani cu ceai pe zi.
Uz extern: gargara, comprese pe zona afectata, bai locale.

Ingredients:

The roots of the plant Arctium lappa L., fam. Asteraceae containing polysaccharides (inulin), polyins, sesquiterpene lactones, triterpenes, caffeic acid derivatives, tannins, mucilages, phytosterols.

Main uses: detoxification.

Other uses: rheumatism, gout, cholecystitis, urinary infections, stomatitis, canker sores, dermatitis, acne, seborrhea, furunculosis.

Contraindications: at the recommended doses, none are known.

Preparation:

Internal use: decoction of 1 teaspoon of crushed root to a cup of water.

External use: concentrated decoction of 1 tablespoon of crushed root in 250 ml of water.

Administration method:

Internal use: drink 3-4 cups of tea a day.

External use: gargle, compresses on the affected area, local baths.
