Extern: – mentinerea sanatatii pielii si a cavitatii bucale. ACTIUNI: – antiacid, astringent, antidiareic, hemostatic, antiseptic intestinal, diuretic, cicatrizant.
Ingrediente
zmeur (Rubus idaeus) – frunze.
Mod de administrare
Intern:
Pulberea cu administrare sublinguala – planta se macina fin cu o rasnita electrica. Se ia o lingurita rasa de 4 ori pe zi, pe stomacul gol. Pulberea se tine sub limba timp de 10-15 minute, dupa care se inghite cu apa.
Maceratul la rece – se prepara dintr-o lingura cu planta adaugata la 250 ml apa, se mentine timp de 6-8 ore la temperatura camerei, apoi se strecoara si se bea pe stomacul gol. Se administreaza 3 cani cu macerat pe zi, cu 30 de minute inainte de mese.
Infuzia – se prepara dintr-o lingura cu planta adaugata la 250 ml de apa clocotita, se mentine timp de 15 minute la temperatura camerei, apoi se strecoara si se bea pe stomacul gol. Se administreaza 3 cani cu infuzie pe zi, cu 30 de minute inainte de mese.
Extern:
-pentru metinerea sanatatii pielii se aplica local sub forma de comprese cu macerat sau cu infuzie de planta, sau cataplasme aplicate local, care se obtin astfel: 1-2 linguri cu pulbere fin macinata se amesteca cu apa calda, astfel incat sa formeze o pasta care sa poata fi aplicata extern. Deasupra se aplica un pansament ocluziv, care sa poata mentine cataplasma la locul afectat minim 3 ore;
-pentru mentinerea sanatatii cavitatii bucale se fac spalaturi locale cu maceratul sau cu infuzia de planta.
In cazul administrarii indelungate la fiecare 6 saptamani se fac 10 zile de pauza.
Contraindicatii
Intoleranta la zmeur.

Administration mode
Internal:
Sublingual powder – the plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take one teaspoon shaved 4 times a day on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, then swallowed with water.
Cold maceration – prepare from a spoon with the plant added to 250 ml of water, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. It is administered 3 cups with maceration per day, 30 minutes before meals.
Infusion – prepare from a spoon with the plant added to 250 ml of boiling water, keep for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of infusion a day, 30 minutes before meals.
Extern :
-to maintain the health of the skin it is applied locally in the form of compresses with maceration or herbal infusion, or poultices applied locally, which are obtained as follows: 1-2 tablespoons of finely ground powder is mixed with warm water, so to form a paste that can be applied externally. An occlusive dressing is applied on top, which can keep the poultice at the affected place for at least 3 hours;
– in order to maintain the health of the oral cavity, local washes are made with maceration or with the plant infusion.
