Mod de utilizare:
Infuzie – se prepară din 2 linguriţe cu plante adăugate la 200ml de apă clocotită, se menţine timp de 15min. la temperatura camerei, apoi se strecoară. Se bea câte o cană cu infuzie de 3 ori pe zi, cu 30min. înainte de mese, pe stomacul gol.
Contraindicații:
Sarcină, alăptare, alergie la limba-cerbului.

Way of usage:
Infusion – prepare from 2 teaspoons of herbs added to 200ml of boiling water, and keep for 15 minutes. at room temperature, then strain. Drink one cup of infusion 3 times a day, for 30 minutes. before meals, on an empty stomach.
