Aflofarm Defumoxan UK 100 capsule 1,5mg

Indicații terapeutice:
Renunțarea la fumat și reducerea poftei de nicotină la fumătorii care doresc să se oprească din fumat. Obiectivul tratamentului cu Defumoxan este renunțarea permanentă la utilizarea produselor cu conținut de nicotină.

Mod de administrare:
Doze Un ambalaj de Defumoxan (100 comprimate) este suficient pentru un ciclu complet de tratament. Durata tratamentului este de 25 de zile.
Defumoxan trebuie luat în conformitate cu următoarea schemă:

– Zilele de la 1 la 3
1 comprimat la fiecare 2 ore
6 comprimate
– Zilele de la 4 la 12
1 comprimat la fiecare 2,5 ore
5 comprimate
– Zilele de la 13 la 16
1 comprimat la fiecare 3 ore
4 comprimate
– Zilele de la 17 la 20
1 comprimat la fiecare 5 ore
3 comprimate
– Zilele de la 21 la 25
1 – 2 comprimate pe zi
Până la 2 comprimate

Fumatul trebuie oprit cel târziu în ziua 5 de tratament. Fumatul nu trebuie continuat în timpul tratamentului, deoarece acest lucru ar putea agrava reacțiile adverse (vezi pct. 4.4). În caz de eșec al tratamentului, tratamentul trebuie întrerupt și poate fi reluat după 2 – 3 luni.

Grupuri speciale de pacienţi (insuficiență renală, insuficiență hepatică) Nu există experiență clinică privind utilizarea Defumoxan la pacienți cu insuficiență renală sau hepatică, prin urmare nu se recomandă utilizarea medicamentului la aceste grupuri de pacienți.

Vârstnici Din cauza experienței clinice limitate, nu se recomandă utilizarea Defumoxan la pacienți vârstnici cu vârsta peste 65 de ani.

Copii și adolescenți Siguranța și eficacitatea Defumoxan la persoane cu vârsta sub 18 ani nu au fost încă stabilite. Nu se recomandă utilizarea Defumoxan la persoane cu vârsta sub 18 ani.

Defumoxan trebuie luat pe cale orală împreună cu o cantitate adecvată de apă. „

Therapeutic indications:

Quitting smoking and reducing the craving for nicotine in smokers who want to quit smoking. The goal of Defumoxan treatment is to permanently stop using nicotine-containing products.

Administration method:

Dosage One pack of Defumoxan (100 tablets) is sufficient for a complete course of treatment. The duration of treatment is 25 days.

Defumoxan should be taken according to the following schedule:

Up to 2 tablets

Smoking should be stopped no later than day 5 of treatment. Smoking should not be continued during treatment, as this may aggravate the side effects (see section 4.4). In case of treatment failure, treatment should be discontinued and can be resumed after 2-3 months.

Special patient groups (renal impairment, hepatic impairment) There is no clinical experience with Defumoxan in patients with renal or hepatic impairment, therefore the use of the drug in these patient groups is not recommended.

Elderly Due to limited clinical experience, the use of Defumoxan is not recommended in elderly patients over 65 years of age.

Paediatric population The safety and efficacy of Defumoxan in persons below 18 years of age have not been established. The use of Defumoxan in people under 18 years of age is not recommended.

Defumoxan should be taken orally with an adequate amount of water. “
