- Rhubarb root (Rheum palmatum)* – 450 mg
- Broccoli (Brassica oleracea)* – 75 mg
- Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) – 70 mg
- Sugar beet fibre (Beta vulgaris) – 60 mg
- Prune juice (Prunus salicina)* – 50 mg
- Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum)* – 40 mg
- Apple pectin (Malus pumila) – 20 mg
- Fig fruit (Ficus carica)* – 20 mg
- Carrot (Daucus carota) – 5 mg
- Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare)* – 5 mg
