Each capsule carries the patented 500 mg InoCell complex: inositol, IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate), calcium and magnesium salts of IP6, and calcium-magnesium phytate. Inositol is a compound related to the B vitamins, found naturally in grains, legumes and fruit, and IP6 (phytic acid) is its hexaphosphorylated form, found in bran and seeds. The formula also includes sodium ascorbate and selenomethionine. The capsule shell is vegetable (hypromellose).
