Magnerot este un medicament ce conţine ca substanţă activă orotatul de magneziu. Magnerot este indicat în profilaxia infarctului miocardic şi necrozei miocardice, în tratamentul anginei pectorale, dacă aceste afecţiuni sunt determinate de carenţă de magneziu, arteroscleroză, stenocardie, arterităşi arteriolită, tulburări ale metabolismului lipidic, crampe musculare.

Ingrediente active per comprimat:
Component activ 500 mg orotat de Mg 2H2O – (corespunzător la 2.7 mEq, 1.35 mmol sau 32.8 mg Mg).

Mod de administrare:
Pentru refacerea depozitelor de magneziu – luaţi timp de o săptămână, câte 2 comprimate Magnerot (1 g orotat de magneziu dihidrat) de 3 ori pe zi.
În continuare, trebuie administrate 2-3 comprimate Magnerot (1-1.5 g orotât de magneziu dihidrat) pe zi.
Luaţi comprimatele de Magnerot întregi, cu puţin lichid, înainte sau odată cu mesele. Durata tratamentului trebuie să fie de cel puţin 6 săptămâni, însă Magnerot poate fi administrat şi timp mai îndelungat.

Precauții:
Nu luaţi Magnerot dacă sunteţi alergic (hipersensibil) la orotatul de magneziu sau la oricare dintre celelalte componente ale Magnerot, dacă aveţi afecţiuni ale rinichilor sau în prezenţa diatezei litiazice renale (calculi urinari alcătuiţi din fosfat de calciu, magneziu, amoniu).

Active ingredient per tablet:

Active component 500 mg orotated Mg 2H2O – (corresponding to 2.7 mEq, 1.35 mmol or 32.8 mg Mg).

Administration method:

To restore magnesium deposits – take 2 Magnerot tablets (1 g orotate of magnesium dihydrate) 3 times a week for one week.

Next, 2-3 Magnerot tablets (1-1.5 g or magnesium dihydrate) should be taken daily.

Take Magnerot tablets whole, with little liquid, before or with meals. The duration of treatment should be at least 6 weeks, but Magnerot can be given for a longer period of time.

Precautions:

Do not take Magnerot if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to magnesium orotate or any of the other ingredients of Magnerot, if you have kidney problems or if you have kidney stones (urinary stones made up of calcium, magnesium, ammonium phosphate).
