Indicații:
Acest medicament este utilizat pentru distrugerea (prin dizolvare sau dezintegrare) şi evacuarea (expulzarea)
calculilor biliari. Rowachol creşte producţia biliară şi relaxează canalele biliare. Acest lucru ajută la
reducerea spasmelor dureroase ale căilor biliare. Totodată uşurează eliminarea calculilor biliari prezenţi în
vezica biliară împreună cu fierea.

Compoziție:
– Substanţele active sunt: α-pinen, β-pinen, mentol , mentonă, borneol, camfen, cineol. 100 g picături orale conţin: α-pinen 13,6 g, β-pinen 3,4 g, mentol 32 g , mentonă 6 g, borneol 5 g camfen 5 g, cineol 2 g.
– Cealelaltă componentă este: ulei de măsline virgin.

Mod de administrare:
Adulţi: doza recomandată este de 3 – 5 picaturi orale de 4 – 5 ori pe zi, în cure de tratament a căror durată depinde de recomandarea medicului, în funcție de tipul afecțiunii și de particularitățile fiecărui caz în parte.
Utilizarea la copii:
Copii cu vârsta mai mare de 6 ani: doza recomandată este de 1 – 2 picături orale de 3 – 4 ori pe zi, pentru a evita un eventual supradozaj.
Picăturile se administrează cu 30 minute înainte de mese, pe o bucată de zahăr.

Contraindicații:
Nu utilizaţi Rowachol:
– dacă sunteţi alergic la α-pinen, β-pinen, mentol, mentonă, camfen, borneol, cineol sau la oricare dintre celelalte componente ale acestui medicament ;
-dacă aveți obstrucție biliară, litiază biliară (prezenţa calculilor biliari) cu indicație chirurgicală, ocluzie
ntestinală (ileus), empiem (acumulare de puroi) la nivelul vezicii biliare;
-dacă aveți epilepsie;
-dacă sunteți gravidă;
-dacă alăptați;
-la copii cu vârsta mai mică de 6 ani.

Precauții:
Înainte să utilizaţi Rowachol, adresaţi-vămedicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului.
-dacă aveți litiază biliară, deoarece aceasta poate determina apariția unei colici biliare sau a unor complicații (icter obstructiv, inflamaţie a căilor biliare – colangită, pancreatită) în cazul prezenței unor calculi a căror dimensiune nu permite eliminarea lor.
-dacă sunteți vârstnic și ați avut crize de colecist.

Sarcina, alăptarea şi fertilitatea:
Dacă sunteţi gravidă sau alăptaţi, credeţi că aţi putea fi gravidă sau intenţionaţi să rămâneţi gravidă, adresaţi- vă medicului sau farmacistului pentru recomandări înainte de a lua acest medicament.
Nu trebuie să luaţi Rowachol în timpul sarcinii şi alăptării.

Conducerea vehiculelor şi folosirea utilajelor:
Rowachol nu are nicio influenţă asupra capacităţii de a conduce vehicule sau de a folosi utilaje.

Indications:

gallstones. Rowachol increases bile production and relaxes the bile ducts. This helps to

reducing painful spasms of the bile ducts. At the same time, it facilitates the elimination of gallstones present in

Composition:

– The active substances are: α-pinene, β-pinene, menthol, menthone, borneol, camphene, cineol. 100 g of oral drops contain: α-pinene 13.6 g, β-pinene 3.4 g, menthol 32 g, menthone 6 g, borneol 5 g, camphene 5 g, cineole 2 g.

– The other component is: virgin olive oil.

Administration method:

Adults: the recommended dose is 3-5 oral drops 4-5 times a day, in treatment courses whose duration depends on the doctor’s recommendation, depending on the type of condition and the particularities of each individual case.

Use in children:

Children older than 6 years: the recommended dose is 1-2 oral drops 3-4 times a day, to avoid possible overdose.

The drops are administered 30 minutes before meals, on a piece of sugar.

Contraindications:

Do not use Rowachol:

– if you are allergic to α-pinene, β-pinene, menthol, menthone, camphene, borneol, cineole or any of the other components of this medicine;

– if you have biliary obstruction, biliary lithiasis (the presence of gallstones) with surgical indication, occlusion

intestinal (ileus), empyema (accumulation of pus) in the gallbladder;

– if you have epilepsy;

– if you are pregnant;

– if you are breastfeeding;

– in children younger than 6 years old.

Precautions:

Before using Rowachol, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

– if you have gallstones, because this can cause biliary colic or complications (obstructive jaundice, inflammation of the bile ducts – cholangitis, pancreatitis) in the case of the presence of stones whose size does not allow their removal.

– if you are elderly and have had cholecystitis.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

You should not take Rowachol during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Driving vehicles and using machines:

Rowachol has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.
