Ceaiul de coada soricelului contribuie la buna functionare a ficatului si bilei si ofera suport pentru o digestie normala. Ceaiul sustine buna functionare a tractului gastrointestinal si are efect antiseptic, coleretic-colagog (stimuleaza secretia si eliminarea bilei), antispastic, astringent. Este de asemenea antiinflamator, cicatrizant si hemostatic. Este utilizat in dischinezie biliara, dispepsii, gastrite, enterocolite si meteorism abdominal. Ceaiul de coada soricelului este folosit intern si in inapetenta (lipsa poftei de mancare), dismenoree (menstruatie dureroasa), cistite, sangerari nazale sau faringite, iar extern este folosit pentru tratarea hemoroizilor, arsurilor, eczemelor si pentru calmarea tenului iritat.
Ingrediente:
Partea superioara a plantei Achillea millefolium L., fam. Asteraceae, care contine ulei volatil, principii amare, flavonoide, alcaloizi, steroli, tanin, colina, vitamina K.Â
Mod de preparare:
Se prepara infuzie din 1-2 lingurite planta la o cana cu apa.
Mod de administrare:
– Uz intern: se beau 2-3 cani cu ceai pe zi.
– Uz extern: se aplica bai locale si comprese.
Contraindicatii:
La dozele recomandate nu se cunosc.
