1 teaspoon of herbs per 250 ml of boiling water, leave to cool for 15 minutes. To achieve maximum effect, the tea is taken together with the hogweed tincture (each 1 spoon/cup).
Recommended daily dose: 3 x 1 teaspoon plant/day
Precautions: Overdose produces allergic-type reactions and peripheral vasodilatation. It is contraindicated for pregnant women.
