• Vinarița este o plantă cu aromă suavă, nativă în Europa, nordul Africii și Asia, care crește în locuri umbroase, prin pădurile de fag sau brad, în mai toate regiunile Globului. În trecut era utilizată pentru purificarea sângelui și ca aromatizantă pentru produsele culinare. Extractul din plantă proaspătă, în doze mici, era considerat răcoritor. Acum este mai cunoscută pentru efectul ei de liniștire a stărilor de agitație nervoasă, ca ajutor în reducerea stărilor de surescitare și stres și pentru îmbunătățirea calității somnului.
• Schinduful, plantă din familia leguminoaselor, este una dintre cele mai vechi plante folosite. A fost pomenită în Papirus Ebers şi în scrierile lui Hipocrate, şi mult respectată atât de chinezii, cât şi de arabii, grecii şi romanii din Antichitate. Acum este folosită în special în bucătărie, ca şi condiment, sau încolțită, ca verdeață picantă, în salate.

Mod de administrare

Precauții

• Vinarița is a plant with a mild aroma, native to Europe, North Africa and Asia, which grows in shady places, through beech or fir forests, in almost all regions of the globe. In the past it was used to purify the blood and as a flavoring for culinary products. The fresh plant extract, in small doses, was considered refreshing. It is now better known for its effect of calming nervous agitation, as an aid in reducing states of over-excitation and stress and for improving the quality of sleep.
• Fenugreek, a plant in the legume family, is one of the oldest plants used. It was mentioned in the Ebers Papyrus and in the writings of Hippocrates, and was much respected by both the Chinese and the Arabs, Greeks and Romans of antiquity. It is now used mainly in the kitchen, as a spice, or as a sprout, as a spicy green, in salads.
• Fenugreek seeds are nutritious and are traditionally used to stimulate the appetite, for their tonic effect in states of weakness and to reduce digestive discomfort.
• Şerlai is an aromatic plant from the Lamiaceae family, used in the ancient tradition for eye cleansing, which is directly related to its name derived from the Latin "clarus". How to use

Precautions
