Indications:
Contains magnesium and pyridoxine hydrochloride. It is used to prevent and treat magnesium deficiency in adults, adolescents and children aged between 6-12 years.
The association of some of the following symptoms may indicate a magnesium deficiency:
– nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, transient fatigue, minor sleep disturbances,
– manifestations of anxiety, such as digestive spasms or palpitations (in subjects without heart disease),
– muscle cramps, tingling.
Magnesium intake can improve these symptoms.
Contraindications:
Do not take Magne B6:
– if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to magnesium lactate dihydrate, magnesium pidolate, pyridoxine hydrochloride or any of the other components of Magne B6.
Precautions:
Before taking Magne B6, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
The doctor may recommend taking this medicine during pregnancy only if necessary.
If you discover that you are pregnant while using this medicine, contact your doctor, as only he or she can decide whether treatment should be continued.
Each of the components of the medicine, magnesium and vitamin B6, individually, are considered compatible with breastfeeding. Given the existence of limited data on the maximum daily dose of vitamin B6 administered during breastfeeding, a maximum dose of 20 mg vitamin B6 per day is recommended for breastfeeding women.
Driving vehicles and using machines:
Magne B6 does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or use machines.
Administration method:
Adults: the usual dose is 6 – 8 Magne B6 dragees per day, divided into 2 – 3 doses, administered during meals.
Children aged between 6 – 12 years (with a body weight over 20 kg) and adolescents: the usual dose is 4 – 6 Magne B6 dragees per day, divided into 2 – 3 doses, administered during meals.
For children under the age of 6, other concentrations and pharmaceutical forms, appropriate for the age, are recommended.
Mode and duration of administration:
Dragees must be swallowed whole, with a glass of water.
The usual duration of treatment is one month. If the symptoms do not improve after one month of treatment, it is not useful to continue it.

Composition:
– The active substances are: magnesium and pyridoxine hydrochloride. One dragee contains magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg (the total elemental magnesium content of a dragee is 48 mg) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 5 mg.
– The other components are: core-sugar, kaolin, gum arabic, carbopol 934, talc, magnesium stearate; coating layer – gum arabic, sugar, titanium dioxide (E171), talc, carnauba wax.
