Tineri de peste 12 ani și adulți: 3 linguri pe zi: cate una dimineata, la pranz si seara.
Copii:Â 1-5 ani : 1-3 lingurite pe zi.
6-12 ani : 4-5 lingurite pe zi.

Usage:
PINE BUDS AND PLANTER SYRUP 200 ml is a food supplement
Young people over 12 years and adults: 3 spoons a day: one each in the morning, at lunch and in the evening.
Children: 1-5 years: 1-3 teaspoons per day.
6-12 years: 4-5 teaspoons per day.
