What it is
A capsule blend built on KSM-66 ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera), combined with mushroom extracts, adaptogenic roots, deglycyrrhizinated liquorice, black pepper and turmeric, plus vitamins B3, B5, B6 and B12. The ashwagandha does not originate from the UK.
Composition
Each capsule provides:

- Panax ginseng (Panax ginseng)** – 200 mg
- Peruvian maca root (Lepidium meyenii)** – 200 mg
- Liquorice root, deglycyrrhizinated (Glycyrrhiza glabra)** – 100 mg
- Black pepper (Piper nigrum)** – 52 mg
- Reishi mushroom, fruiting body (Ganoderma lucidum)** – 25 mg
- Schisandra berries (Schisandra chinensis) – 25 mg
- Vitamin B3, niacin as nicotinamide – 20 mg (125% NRV)
- Vitamin B5, pantothenic acid as D-calcium pantothenate – 10 mg (168% NRV)
- Gotu kola (Centella asiatica)** – 5 mg
- Turmeric root (Curcuma longa) – 5 mg
- Vitamin B6, as pyridoxal-5-phosphate – 2 mg (143% NRV)
- Vitamin B12, as cyanocobalamin – 25µg (1000% NRV)
