Copii si tineri intre 12 si 18 ani: cate 15-20 picaturi de 3 ori pe zi.                                                                                                      Â
Adulti:Â cate 20-30 picaturi de 3 ori pe zi.
Tinctura se dilueaza in 100 ml de apa (jumatate de pahar) cu 30 minute inainte de masa. Se recomanda cure de 2-3 luni cu 2-3 saptamani pauza.
Contraindicatii
Hipercoagulabilitate sangvina, sarcina, alaptare, intoleranta la oricare dintre componentele produsului.
Precautii
La persoanele cu sensibilitate gastrica se recomanda administrarea produsului dupa masa.

Ingredients:
Extract 1:5 ratio in a hydro-alcoholic solution (ethanol / water – 35/65 in mass ratio) of aerial parts of Cretisoara Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris).
Administration:
Adults and youth over 15 years: each 1-3 teaspoons of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water (half a cup) 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Cautions:
Hypercoagulable blood, pregnancy, lactation, intolerance to any product ingredient.
