Mod de administrare
Precauții
Nu se administrează copiilor. Verificați dacă sunteți alergic la oricare dintre ingrediente. Consultați medicul de familie sau farmacistul înainte de utilizare, mai ales dacă luați medicamente. Nu depășiți un comprimat pe zi. A nu se lăsa la îndemâna copiilor. Supliment alimentar. Nu înlocuiește o dietă variată și echilibrată și un mod de viață sănătos. A nu se depăși doza zilnică recomandată.
Formulă de concentrație mare: fiecare comprimat conține 10 mg biotină, mult peste cantitățile obișnuite din alimentație. La această doză, biotina poate influența unele analize de sânge (de exemplu cele tiroidiene sau cardiace). Spuneți medicului sau laboratorului că luați acest produs înainte de orice analiză. Fiecare comprimat conține și 2 mg acid folic, peste nivelul recomandat în general pentru consumul zilnic de lungă durată din suplimente. Nu asociați cu alte suplimente care conțin biotină, acid folic sau cupru. Nu este recomandat femeilor însărcinate sau care alăptează și persoanelor sub 18 ani. Nu depășiți un comprimat pe zi.

How to use
Precautions
Not for children. Check that you are not allergic to any ingredient. Ask your GP or pharmacist before use, especially if you take medication. Do not take more than one tablet a day. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement. Do not use as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
High-strength formula: each tablet provides 10 mg of biotin, well above everyday dietary amounts. Biotin at this level can interfere with some laboratory blood tests (for example thyroid and heart tests). Tell your doctor or the laboratory that you take this product before any blood test, and consider stopping it for a few days beforehand on their advice. Each tablet also provides 2 mg of folic acid, above the level generally advised for long-term daily intake from supplements. Do not combine with other supplements containing biotin, folic acid or copper. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for anyone under 18. Do not exceed one tablet a day.
